Abstract

The fellinian moment is not the reductionism around the circus, but it lies in what slapstick implies: exaggeration, iconoclast behaviour, carelessness and self-confidence, the confusion between fantasy and reality, the construction of improbable characters, the sensation of attending a show commanding by thedirector voice. That’s why we love Federico. And we love so much.
