Abstract

From pure surrealism to the golden age of Mexican cinema, back to the motherland and with a flourish during self-exile in France, Luis Buñuel’s work is delusional, symbolic, perverse, cruel, misogynist, heretic, nihilistic, not politically correct and deserves excommunation. Like a razor in the eye. We fall short on merits.
